Janay "Blaze" Minor is a multidisciplinary artist and illustrator. As an Atlanta native, she holds a BA in Studio Art with a minor in Applied Computing-Mass Communications from Benedict College and an MFA in Illustration from the Academy of Art University. As a 2021 MAIP Fellow, she honed her skills in Art Direction at Goods & Services Inc. Blaze succeeds in creating vibrant digital illustrations and crafts, showcasing her strong conceptual vision and keen eye for color. Her artistic focus lies in editorial, digital, and mixed-media illustration.​ She operates and is the founder of her business, Complete Complement, where she sells her creative services and commissions work.
